活动主持人实际操作程序（试行）

一、活动开始前

    1、口头介绍今天所主持节目的主题（告诉大家今天我们要做什么），以及根据主题提醒相关注意事项。这个在活动前、活动中，乃至活动后都要根据需要时常提醒。护持组没有提供的帖文，主持人可以快速制作使用。

    2、准备好遇到突发事件时所采取的应急措施。如事先准备起衔接作用的佛乐、佛歌、好歌、好诗等，亦可事先准备好录音片段插播，起到宣传网站和佛法的作用。又如出现节目次序无法按节目单正常进行（发言者出现断麦、掉线或有故意搞破坏者）等特殊情况。必要时，这些突发事件的处理方法要让所有护持人明白具体操作。另外是， 在场的其他同修事先准备好串场小节目，随时准备上场补缺。

    3、主持人首先自己能够做到既能主持又熟悉且能独立护持，以及护持过程中所有管理功能，并能做到运用自如。如：要熟练掌握自己能自如的调节语音，声音的高低，调节内放音乐的声音高低，保证主持工作的正常进行。（这个自己要多做多练）。在场的师兄要配合、快速用文字提醒主持人的声音好坏。

    4、主持人在节目开始前要起到提醒和调度作用。要使该到位的所有护持师兄到位并做到心中有数，避免节目进行中中途断续，使节目能够顺利流畅。在场的护持师兄要尽力配合，回应主持人所提的问题。

如：（1）请讲法的法师以及准备发言的师兄试麦、调麦；

   （2）提醒各护持师兄的具体分工，如何协调。

    5、引导大家在节目前如何调正身心，提醒听从上师的教言，使在场所有人都能如理如法地参与活动、表演节目、闻思经法，尤其闻法答疑时，必须断除闻法三过、六垢和做好四种观想。

 

二、活动过程中

    1、能鼓动和引导在坐的同修如理如法地参与活动、表演节目和祈请法师等。

 2、反应灵敏，遇事不慌。宣传和把握主题，应对和回遮各种场面。

 3、善于发现问题、处理问题、解决问题。密切注意各个环节是否协调到位，随时提醒、沟通，及时处理随时出现的问题。

 4、法会结束后，根据情况做简要、庄重、复杂或即兴的回向。

 

三、活动结束后

    1、感谢所有参与和为此发心护持的单位和同修道友。

     2、及时利用机会通知、宣传或交代护持组或上级交办的事情。
