我最近有时打坐，总也找不到上师指导时的状态，十多天来一直在找去年法会上师开示时的笔记。我的心散乱到笔记也找不到的地步。

找到一个记录，是上师讲法王阿秋喇嘛的上师参根阿赖尊者的故事，尊者修行时每天用2根火柴。火柴用完了，他就下山去买火柴，跟人打交道，结果心散乱了，用了三个月才回到买火柴前的状态。

从去年法会回来，一年都快过去了，我丢了，很难再找回来。希望能早一点再见到大恩上师。

哈哈，想起一年前我曾就类似问题祈请上师为我开示。

上师开示说，你为什么只想着保持某种状态，而不保持皈依上师三宝修行的心呢？

岂非舍本而逐末乎？

为什么要找呢？上师无时不在，上师即是法。从当下能起修的地方修，上师说的法很多啊！比如：观呼吸。

嗯是的是的，我的体会是心从散乱过渡到皈依才进入修行，皈依的状态是进入修行的通道。

是的，就是观呼吸。上师是一切法的源头，对上师的忏悔和祈祷，让自己重新回到修行，是的，谢谢提醒。
