[弥勒讲堂]语音室在线管理公约

    请诸位在线网管详细阅读语音室管理公约，以便能够更好的行使你的权利和义务。
    在线网管肩负着光荣而神圣的使命，其存在应该是建立在"为网友提供顺畅如法的互动平台"的基础之上。本着对语音室负责、对广大学友负责的精神，尽量为广大的学友提供最优质的服务。本室不希望您为支持学友的无关交流而占用您更多宝贵的修行时间。原则是在管之时应力使遇者有益，于本室宗旨无亏。
一、在线网管的义务
    1、管理员处理网友不良行为时应以劝说为主并防止过激行为的发生，尽量采取克制态度，对于拒不听从劝告的或有意挑衅滋事者视情况处理。
    2、管理员有义务在任何时候维护管理员形象。不论何时何地、以何种形式做出有损管理员形象的事情，一经查实，立即取消管理员权限！
    3、同级管理员间不能互踢IP，有矛盾应汇报上级管理，杜绝管理员之间的互相攻击和指责，若有争端应谦让隐忍，否则破合和形象，双方皆有过失。
    4、在线管理有义务宣传本站宗旨和思想，办事以法规为出发点，奉行三尊重原则。必要时应该提醒网友注意本站的法规和其行事的依据。
    5、管理员若长时间不在线应下管挂着，不应长时间挂管却不在线。
二、在线网管的权利
    在线网管应该牢记"劝说为主，清理为辅"的管理方针，尽量以说服教育和显扬佛教慈悲喜舍精神来管理工作。但是如果遇有以下情况，管理员可以行使自己的权利，将那些不遵守国家以及为本语音室各项规定所不容许的用户请出语音室。
    1、传播任何非法的、骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、伤害性的、庸俗的，淫秽等的信息资料的。
    2、诽谤汉传、藏传、南传佛教非佛说的，诽谤历代（包括当代）的高僧大德的。
    3、宣传邪教，附佛外道的（如法轮功、清海无的观音法门、宋七力、“卢胜彦莲生活佛”、“萧平实居士”等一切不恭敬住持三宝者或邪教组织）以及任何国家政府认定为反社会反宗教的。
    4、传播任何教唆他人构成犯罪行为的资料的。
    5、传播不利于国家发展和涉及国家安全的资料的；传播任何不符合当地法规、国家法律的。
    6、公开讨论出家戒律或出家人人品并且不听劝阻的。
    7、干扰法师和在线管理员一再劝阻不听或严重的。
    8、干扰正常语音室聊天秩序，如发现骂人，刷屏，无限占麦等一切捣乱语音室秩序者。
    9、有一定的攻击性、淫秽、下流或有说不文明言语的。
